In order for SUN International to process your booking successfully, you have to send your full booking request on a company letterhead which must be signed by your line manager or HR.

Please provide SUN International with an alternative arrival date in case there is no availability for original the requested dates.

The Travel Trade discounted rate can only be quoted and booked within 21 days of arrival date and occupancy at the hotel must be lower than 80%.

Please also note that an IATA card or company ID will be required upon check-in. If these are not produced at check-in, you will be charged the standard rate applicable for that hotel.
